Heat’s On Program: 

Initiated in 1986, this program teams Local 400 with the Mechanical Contractors Association to provide free service & repair, valued at more than $100,000 annually, to Northeast Wisconsin’s low income, disabled and elderly residents. The contractors donate the trucks and materials needed, while the Local 400 members donate their time and expertise to inspect and/or repair faulty furnaces, hot water heaters and smoke detectors.
