Reminder: Limited Exhibition Space Available!

Secure your spot now for the WTEA's 56th Annual Spring Convention, taking place March 6-8, 2025, with the theme "Focusing on the Future."

We invite your business to showcase your products and services at our Conference Trade Show on March 7th. To reserve your space, please complete the exhibitor contract and email it to tb.wtea@gmail.com. The exhibitor prospectus with all the details is found on the link above and below for your review.

If you would like to retain the same booth location as last year's conference, please let us know when you submit your contract.

Important Information:

·  Deposit: A $200 deposit per booth is required to reserve your space. We will hold your reservation for 10 days pending receipt of this deposit.

·  Payment Deadline: The balance is due by December 20th. After this date, full payment is required upon booking. See the Exhibitor Prospectus for payment instructions

·  Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after December 20th, will incur a $200 fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
